Welcome to Haz-Matt

Its a story about a government experiment whose purpose was to be used as a bio-weapon/super soldier, but due to a freak nature of thing the boy-experiment becomes too powerful and breaks loose destroying the lab/HQ. He then runs into (rather vise versa as you will see eventually) a girl named Coti. They befriend each other and she learns of his blurred past. The conflict arises when previous experiments each embedded with a symbolic pupil and advanced powers attempt to retrieve Matt (aka. the boy-experiment). Coti joins forces with Matt after dubbing him "Haz-Matt" and codenames herself "WHMIS".
